I love my doctors at Duly, but due to the Billing department who cannot get my bill right I am seriously considering changing to a different group. At the end of last year, I opted for a payment plan as I was told I owed over $2000. My first mistake!! I was switching from my insurance to Medicare and as a result some of my insurance claims had been denied.
