Very good PT services here. Unfortunately I have experience with other PT rehab for this knee but Joe Mai and Duly at Elmhurst are SO MUCH BETTER! I love that I feel like I get enough attention (thorough assessment, treatment, education about what the exercises are intended to do etc.). At other PT clinics I feel I’ve been foisted off on a PTA who is supervising a handful of patients as I did my exercises for the majority of the time. Physical therapy is wonderful with the therapist being extremely helpful. Only con is that the young lady behind the front desk is very rude. Customer service is key and being rude makes people leave.
