Phenomenal experience from start to finish for surgery.. Very professional and caring. Very efficient
Wondering why there is such a tremendous difficulty getting a simple procedure scheduled. We are decades long patients of Duly and never had such a terrible experience with scheduling and getting Duly to connect with our insurance company for authorization. The physician and clinical staff continue to surpass excellence in caring for patients but we are very unhappy with the surgical scheduling process. What happened to patients first? I took my dad in for surgery. When I asked the doctor when he could go back to work, he told me he didn’t tell people when to go back. My dad is staying with me while he recovers so I asked if they could resend the prescription to a pharmacy near me. When I get home, the nurse calls and says the doctor didn’t want to resend the prescription. When I asked why, the nurse said the doctor didn’t have a reason. So now I’m driving 30 miles because someone didn’t want to be bothered.
Both my wife and myself have had procedures done here and there was great communication both pre and post procedure both times. Highly recommended.
I've been here multiple times the last 13 months and everyone has always been friendly and helpful which helps ease my anxietu, thank you!
