My insurance covers 1 wellness exam per year but these people are too lazy to call and verify that so instead they sent me a “prepay estimate” $400 they wanted me to pay PRIOR to my appointment. Never heard of such a thing,
Went here for immediate care from an injury was refused service because they are APPOINTMENT ONLY facility, if that is the case state that online so injured people don't waste their time going there,only gave them one star because they're wasn't an option to give them ZERO stars
MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT YOUR BILL AND POLICY. They charge you a copay for office visits even if you don’t pay copay for telehealth. I started seeing them in Covid and have NEVER stepped foot in the office. I am now learning they are fraudulently submitting claims saying I am coming in. I now have $200 in copays in collections I am currently disputing as I have had NO idea this was happening.
Providers treat you like cattle and will prescribe you cookie cutter medication treatment, even if you have already been on said medication before. Dr. Michael made me feel super unheard. Also his behavior is unprofessional and inappropriate.
