This lab has went downhill since being bought by Duly. Horrible service, unprofessional atmosphere. I went in for a blood draw and signed in with my full name. After several minutes waiting the receptionist asked my last name. I told her and she said, twice, that she called my name. I told her she didn’t call my name, I’d watched her call other names but not mine. She then looks at the form and says “you signed in with the wrong name”. Went Saturday AM and had hours indicating they would he open. Building was open but nobody was there. Had to go to location in Bartlett.
The hours listed online are incorrect. This office closes at 4pm per a note on the door.
