Pre checked in as Duly harasses you to do. Got stuck in IL construction traffic, called to let them know, was told “ok.” Got there 12 min late, they had me wait at the desk a minute, then told me I was 15 min late and appt is canceled. I walked out at 13 min late. BEST part is they already took my $40, and won’t be refunded for days, after calling the office and being transferred 3 times to a customer service line. Don’t do the precheck in and maybe only make appointments with actual doctors vs “Blair.”
Dr. Morrison is very professional. She is easy to talk with and explains everything very well. I would highly recommend her.
