Absolutely the worst experience. Shockingly rude and unprofessional
I have had my blood drawn here this week and the lady from the Duly lab who took my blood did a horrible job. She wasn't able to find a vein and I was poked 3-4 times and my arm is all green, purple even after 3 days. Usually I have had a great experience with all of Duly staff so this was very disappointing
The medical providers here are knowledgeable and compassionate, and they truly understand the value of a collaborative care model. They've been a great partner in ensuring that patients who may benefit from our services receive the support they need in a timely manner. The entire office operates with a high level of efficiency and professionalism, making it a great place to visit and collaborate.
The service has severely gone downhill since Duly took over DuPage Medical Group. I've been with this group since way back when and it's awful now. You can never get through to a nurse on the phone and it will take 4 days or more to get a reply to your message you send through the app. It's really making me think about switching groups altogether. Customer service responses on the phone are all scripted and I don't believe anyone resides here in the U.S. Absolutely horrific patient service now...all to save a buck by removin... read more
