The receptionist here was absolutely horrendous. Makes a client cry for not knowing things that weren't explained beforehand. He's lucky I didn't do nothing. You guys need to grow up and relieve these people of their jobs. Healthcare is to health, not harm. And that's exactly what your receptionists are doing, multiple reviews concur.
This clinic gave me medically unnecessary tests claiming they were required for "insurance purposes," which I later found out was a lie aimed to get me to consent. I was also told my pain was just "anxiety" when it had a physical cause that was only properly diagnosed when I went elsewhere.
Dr. Jody lin is my obgyn and I really appreciate him as a doctor. Very caring. Just an overall great doctor. Highly recommend him
Called to make an appointment for the OBGYN office and being a new patient I did not know I needed to register before I even made an appointment and the receptionist that answered very rudely told me I needed to register first to make her job easier for scheduling and to see if they accept my insurance. I called back to register with a different lady (she was very nice) then when I called back again to make an appointment nobody answered, so I left a message and it has been 4 days and still nobody has reached out to me. My family and I see Dr. Hannon and Dr. Ethezaz; both are professional, warm and caring. They don't make their patients feel rushed, they spend time listening and providing carefully considered solutions. The staff is amazing, everyone from the front desk receptionist (Ms. Rhonda), to the lab technician (Debra) remember the patients and provide a warm welcome.
