Alec from Duly Direct Plumbing came to replace our kitchen tap after it split and was spraying everywhere. From when we first contacted him to when he finished the job, he was professional, very responsive, and also adaptable, even when the job was a bit trickier than initially expected. His pricing was extremely reasonable, his work was fantastic and we would highly recommend Alec for all your plumbing needs!

I'd like to offer a heart felt positive review for Duly Direct Plumbing. Even though my job was small by the nature of it, care was taken to get everything in place before the next trades commenced their work on site. The work area was left clean and tidy and even investigated a couple of areas and made improvements beyond the original scope. They delivered a great service at a fair price. Happy to recommend to anyone needing a hardworking and no nonsense company.

Hubby wanted filtered water for the whole house. I had used Alec previously therefore I decided to call him again, he explained in great detail the possible locations for my requested system and what the job involved including appropriate quoting. We decided to go with the front of the house as it was the easiest location but Alec was flexible in placing it in a location that would not be too obvious. I am also happy with the appearance of the box Alec selected.
