Awesome had our tire gave us a great deal on it. Got us in and out timely fashion. No small talk from them there older men... They provided a service that I went there for. The customer service kicked in when they didn't charge us to put the tire on. I was very happy with them.
Took all day to get a tire patched. I Was supposed to receive a phone call when it was done, never did.
My 1st experience with Duluth tire will also be my last. When it comes to customer service both by phone and in person, this business is sadly like many others in Duluth who think customers should be thankful they offer a door for them to walk through, and if they can get you what your looking for with no time limits, you should be happy. I needed 1 trailer tire and rim for a spare tire, called this company to see if they had the size I needed and also to get a quote.
