Poor customer service both times I've been in. My bag had to be repaired and they were just plain rude. I won't be buying from this place again!

I just want to give a shout out to the Duluth Pack and Staff. Our daughter was given a domer bag a few years back and unfortunately there were some intrinsic flaws with the material and design. She had it repaired anytime it was needed and the Duluth Pack did everything to make it right. She came home yesterday with a new canvas backpack for college and a whole bag of other awesome Duluth Pack items. We will definitely refer our family and friends to them. I purchased one of their canvas totes in December. I love how well it's made, nice thick leather straps that I don't have to worry about wearing out or snapping when I fill it full. It holds a lot of stuff. I've used for a gym bag and for groceries.
