This place changed completely. It is unbelievable the transformation from when Melanie was the manager and Dr Baker was the dentist. Now, Just a very rude manager who doesn't help and is not polite to patients. So rude. 15 minutes in the call to not solve anything and gave me the silence treatment for several minutes. They mislead us to the wrong pricing and she couldn't help to solve it. Neither I nor my wife will ever return to this place after 6 years as patients
I follow Dr. Chen from Smile Atlanta Center to Duluth Dental Group. The receptionist of the office was friendly, Hygienist was very professional and did a wonderful job. Of course Dr. Chen is the best. If you ever need any dental care, I will totally recommend Duluth Dental Care and Dr. Chen.

I have been a long-time patient of this office and highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a trustworthy dentist. I’m sad to say my work will be taking me elsewhere, and I’m going to miss everyone who has helped me over the years. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone new; everyone does high-quality work and is incredibly friendly! Thank you everyone for the care you have given me over the years!
Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Extremely satisfied. They are very through and make sure to explain things so that the client completely understands. Highly recommend.
