Max, Ty and Kannon were great. I think they had two companies merging at the moment that we had a deck with one and a fence with the other. We had a few hiccups with things, don't let that stop you from using them. In my opinion the fact that there were a few issues and they made every single effort to correct and make sure we were happy was awesome. They ended up going above and beyond. I had an old concrete porch removed and replaced with composite porch flooring, full width steps, and end railings. Max was knowledgeable about the business and products, helpful in forming and making suggestions on the plan, and sensitive to my budget, as well as being very personable. He was always quick to respond to email or text questions. AMAZING!!! These guys are legit! Very professional, personable, hard working, great with communication and follow through. Max was the only contractor to test the original side porch structure indicating the frame was solid, so pointed out savings. Love that honesty! When I explained the desired plan to wrap around to the front and space limitations due to driveway, they listened.
