I had a appointment scheduled, when I was waiting for my appointment another couple showed up (they were scheduled at the same time as me, with the same person by accident) I was asked if I wanted to wait an hour until they were done, that didn't work with my schedule. if I were to call and cancel less than 24 hours ahead of time, I would have had to pay a fee of 100 dollars. I feel like I should have l had a charge removed for that situation. Otherwise I would highly recommend this business.

As any clinic should they are trying to do what clinics do. Read policies and you will find copays are due at the time of service. Do you homework and know what your Insurance deductibles, Copays and Coinsurance responsibilities are. It is not up to any Clinic to do this for you. It is the Patients responsibility to know this. Never leave this up to chance as that is what gets you in trouble. Know before you go to any doctor.
