AVOID THEM!!! DONT TRUST THEM!!! THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR OVER 1 MONTH AND DIDNT FIX WHAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR, PAID THEM $1400 AND HAD TAKE MY CAR TO ANOTHER SHOP TO FIX WHAT THEY BROKE FOR ADDITIONAL $1800 IT ENDED IN COURT. BMW OWNER.

By the same token, any poor review could have been written by a competitor in the area. These on-line reviews are worthless. Everybody and their son or daughter is a reviewer, right? Take anything you read on the internet with a grain of salt and just cross your fingers.
WARNING!!!! Avoid this shop, because they will cost you much more in time and money than what is reasonable. If you break down on their door step, have your car towed somewhere else. Highly recommend. Nanuet's best one stop auto care center. These guys are honest, reliable and do clean and neat work at a fair cost. They practice conscientious customers service, you can expect Duluc to listen to your complaint and give you a price and explanation of what needs to be done to correct the problem. A lot of other shops will look at your vehicle and give you a long, confusing laundry list of preventative maintenance recommendations without asking if you are interested. Nice Honest Guys – I've been going to Duluc for about five years now with my car my wife's car and my daughter's. These guys are great they treat us like family and always with a smile. They always help me understand what needs to be done, and are not pushy. I would recomend them to everyone. A good mechanic is hard to come by and these guys are the real deal.
Dishonest, stay away – If I go into the details of my experience with these people it will end up enraging me. Things were missing from my car and some things were broken on my dash. There wasn't any oil in the car and no gas. I can keep going but I'm done. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
