They never answer the phone
It's sad I love this place. Been a customer since they were Pizza Shack. Sign says WED-SUN 5-10 PM. ITS Thursday and 7:30. I was coming for my bday with my kids. The building is closed ..
Been coming here my whole life (Lake St. location) and now the current location. Flew in from out of town. Checked google for open times. Managed to get here and park with my parents. All tvs on. Open signs on. Door locked. Nobody answers the phone. Nothing. Nice going idiots. I mean, what a massive failure.

Personally, my second time here and it’s been fabulous both times. Tonight, Janissa was our server and was absolutely stellar. Attentive and went every extra mile possible to make sure we had what we wanted. Couldn’t ask for a better server and the meal was delicious!
