Everything was great from our first contact with Carly in the store to the install by Randy. We installed luxury vinyl plank in around 800 sq ft of our home and love it. We never felt pressured by Carly. She let us take our time and pick out what was right for us, answering all of our questions. Dulmes carpeted our LivingRoom, Hall, & Bedroom and we are very pleased with the results. The installer was in and out in 6 hrs. Amazing.! A few years ago, we also had Dulmes do our kitchen floor with the Luxury Vinyl Tile. Beautiful job. People ask who did it, and we are proud to say, Dulmes.

We brought in a Hunter Douglas shade that needed to be repaired. Even though the shade was purchased elsewhere, Denise was very helpful in sending it in for repair. She called several days later and said the shade was fixed and there was no charge! (One of the staff was able to re-string the shade, without having to send it in.)
