I work in the area, and chose this shop based on their customer reviews. I have to say, five stars is not enough! I waited about 2 minutes, as one of the barbers, Alex, was just finishing with a customer. He asked what kind of cut I wanted, made a recommendation or two along the way, and gave an AWESOME cut! Cleaned all the hair with a hot towel, on my forehead, neck, etc., trimmed my eyebrows, and did a thorough job. I was back in my office before the end of my lunch break. This is the second time my son clearly explained how he wanted his haircut, and both times the barbers did not follow his instructions. His hair was cut far too short and styled in a way he did not want. After the first visit, we planned to request a different barber, but the second experience was just as bad. Very disappointing! My son ended up having to shave his head.

Son did an amazing job on my little boy. Much better than the other shop I’ve been going to in Herndon the last two years. I don’t know why I never tried this shop instead, but this is definitely our new go to.

Excellent customer service and phenomenal work. Time efficient and affordable as well. Ace is a true professional who took the time to assure that my haircut was to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend going to see him and getting your hair cut there moving forward.
