Been here a couple weeks and about the same as when I was here a few months ago: 1. Most aides put out a very hostile vibe. I've encountered one friendly aide here who also works at my assisted living so I know her and she's my friendly face. 2. No point in trying to talk to most of the aides as they either won't respond or they give you a hateful stare and ignore you. 3. Majority of aides don't wear name tags which is on purpose. The facility was very clean and professional. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife was the actual patient and she agreed. Only issue she had was she didn’t like the way any of the food tasted, whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner….The only other thing they need to add is some ceiling fans in the room.
