If I could rate this organization at 0 stars I would. This is the most unprofessional, classless, real estate agent I have ever had to deal with, by a very wide margin. He does not know how to answer a phone call in a timely manner. If you need something, do NOT rely on this company. I called Tom to get the status of my rental application, he answered the phone and when I told him what I was calling about, he hung up the phone immediately and would not answer my subsequent call.
