Excellent service, staff and quality of care.
I am taking the time to write this review to possibly save someone from dealing with one of the worst experiences you may go through with an auto body shop. I would NEVER and i mean NEVER recommend Dulles Coachworks to a soul, unless you are okay with zero sense of urgency in completing your vehicle repairs in a timely fashion. My car has been in the shop for 6 MONTHS, I repeat 6 MONTHS, and it's still there as of right now. The estimated repair time has been pushed back 4 times now.
