Made an appt online to take my jeep Trackhawk in to investigate a strange "thud" sound when downshifting to stop. My appt was for Wednesday at 11 am. we were runnning behind and I tried twice to reach out to the service dept. to make sure it was still ok to bring my vehicle, unfortunatly both times I reach a recording which said my call was very important to hold, which I did, and approx. 5 mins later I was then transfered to another recording which said this mailbox is not available.....goodbye.
