Yesterday, I contacted this dealership via online inquiry about a 2021 Jeep SRT that just arrived on their lot. Jonathan A**, Internet Manager emailed me claiming they would only sell this vehicle at MSRP plus a $995 “processing fee”. I replied good luck with that. This morning I received a general mail advertisement from the dealership reflecting an approximate $7300 discount on this exact same vehicle. How does such business practices exists or today’s business environment?

look elsewhere, run the opposite direction think twice before purchasing from this dealership. I spoke with DAVID B**** who introduced himself to me as a sales manager. We had a conversation concerning financing options and at this time the dealership could not help which I understood. Made an appt online to take my jeep Trackhawk in to investigate a strange "thud" sound when downshifting to stop. My appt was for Wednesday at 11 am. we were runnning behind and I tried twice to reach out to the service dept. to make sure it was still ok to bring my vehicle, unfortunatly both times I reach a recording which said my call was very important to hold, which I did, and approx. 5 mins later I was then transfered to another recording which said this mailbox is not available.....goodbye. I wish I could give no stars! We have had the WORST experience EVER with this dealership, specifically with the Service Department (Diane and Mandy). After taking in our 2018 Jeep TrackHawk twice for the same issue, they refused to see us again. At this point I would NEVER buy another Jeep product again. We initially noticed a smell inside our 2018 Jeep TrackHawk when it would sit in the sun. hello, My name Dominick Francis I visited dulles dodge jeep on 5/11/18. My experience with them was awful to say the least. They had a "new" salesman on the floor by himself whom I was unlucky enough to deal with on my visit. I went their to purchase a 2014 dodge challenger R/T which was priced at 21,000 and trade in my 2008 scion tc, First the salesmen gave me a specific final price that did not include taxes and their "certified" preowned warranty.
