Had body work done on a vehicle here a few years ago and they did a great job. Unfortunately my son recently had an accident and I planned on using them again. They went out of their way to make sure we didn't get jerked on excess towing or storage fees and even though they were sure the car was going to be totaled (meaning no billable work involved for them) they worked directly with our insurance company to get it resolved quickly and kept us informed the whole way. I’ve taken my car to this body shop twice, both times involving insurance claims, and I couldn't be more impressed. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and made navigating the insurance process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and clear communication were top-notch, and the quality of the repair work was outstanding. Highly recommend them for both their expertise and excellent service!
Amazing experience!! I was desperate looking for a good reliable place to fix our car after backing up our brand new Infiniti into a column in a parking garage. I dealt with Sal from walking in to picking up the car. He was kind, proffesional and simply amazing. He gave us an estimate the same day with a very fair price and even finished the job before than expected. Our Infiniti looks brand new again. Thank you Sal and team
The shop owner was simply horrible. Very unprofessional and incompetent at providing customer service. The dude did not even have specific pricing for service and was attempting to overprice and rip customers off. I highly do not recommend this place.
