I’ve taken my car to this body shop twice, both times involving insurance claims, and I couldn't be more impressed. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and made navigating the insurance process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and clear communication were top-notch, and the quality of the repair work was outstanding. Highly recommend them for both their expertise and excellent service!
Amazing experience!! I was desperate looking for a good reliable place to fix our car after backing up our brand new Infiniti into a column in a parking garage. I dealt with Sal from walking in to picking up the car. He was kind, proffesional and simply amazing. He gave us an estimate the same day with a very fair price and even finished the job before than expected. Our Infiniti looks brand new again. Thank you Sal and team
The shop owner was simply horrible. Very unprofessional and incompetent at providing customer service. The dude did not even have specific pricing for service and was attempting to overprice and rip customers off. I highly do not recommend this place.
I recently took my vehicle in for some paint/body work and how anyone give these guys anything less than a 5 star review is beyond me. First, I took my car to 4 different shops to get estimates. No one would give me an immediate estimate and when I did receive the estimates, some were 4x what Dulles Auto Body was charging me. Second the lead times for many of the other shops were two weeks or longer.
