Amazing experience!! I was desperate looking for a good reliable place to fix our car after backing up our brand new Infiniti into a column in a parking garage. I dealt with Sal from walking in to picking up the car. He was kind, proffesional and simply amazing. He gave us an estimate the same day with a very fair price and even finished the job before than expected. Our Infiniti looks brand new again. Thank you Sal and team
The shop owner was simply horrible. Very unprofessional and incompetent at providing customer service. The dude did not even have specific pricing for service and was attempting to overprice and rip customers off. I highly do not recommend this place.
I recently took my vehicle in for some paint/body work and how anyone give these guys anything less than a 5 star review is beyond me. First, I took my car to 4 different shops to get estimates. No one would give me an immediate estimate and when I did receive the estimates, some were 4x what Dulles Auto Body was charging me. Second the lead times for many of the other shops were two weeks or longer. The professionalism of this body shop is unmatched. Curtesy and communication is exceptional. Work on my vehicle was completed swiftly, professionally, and correctly. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and experienced shop this is your best bet. Amazing work all around.
This was not my first visit to Dulles Auto Body and Paint, and it certainly won't be my last. I have been here before and I will continue to return. I can't express how happy I am with their quality of service. They offer the best customer service and their work is of great quality. If you're looking for reliable service, make sure to visit them.
