Raj at Dulcé & Spice Salon in Sparks is my new favorite hair stylist. She listened carefully to my requests and did a wonderful job giving me exactly the hairstyle I was looking for. Raj has a friendly personality, gentle touch, and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
