Working with Denise, the property manager, at Dulaney Towers has been such a breath of fresh air. Always so kind and helpful when working through details of the property and new projects! A community leader meredith marx got my car towed by management for no reason whatsoever i hate her i got fined so many times for no reason because of her she lives at 12 alanbrooke ct she acts like a dictator she has no real authority she's always bothering me and my family she's always telling us things we can't do that don't even make any sense I read the DTMC rulebook she always making up the most rubbish stuff to tell us she kept annoying us about placing fans on windows it's not even in the rules that we can't do that ... read more

Community leader is hostile and rude. Driving in last night, she accosted my partner for a simple parking transition that we've yet to complete- because the community manager notified us the day of the change, and we arrived home late from work after the time of the event had already passed. What a poorly managed community!
