I went to Dulak Physical Therapy and Golf first after I had a serious back injury. They helped me recover and strengthen the areas where I had gotten weak that I was not able to recognize/target on my own. I have since gone back to them for more performance-based work dealing with balance and stability in the golf swing. Andrew is the best. I would highly recommend him to anyone that’s serious about adding strength and longevity to their golf game. His workouts are fun, efficient and very effective: before we started training together, I was consistently 145-150 ball speed with my driver. I’ve had 4 sessions with Andrew and I’m nearing 160.
