Matt did a great job with my golf swing and marrying the exercises with core strength and balance
After having major surgery and enduring some nagging orthopedic injuries I decided to take action to improve my health/body and golf. It started with an evaluation by Andrew and Matt leading to Matt guiding me thru a strengthening and flexibility program. As a senior golfer, I believe they have helped improve my game and will provide a physical foundation for longevity not only in golf but in all my other activities and overall health. As a junior golfer, Dulak’s program completely changed how I move and use my body in the golf swing. It helped me become more efficient, more powerful and way more consistent. I went from shooting high 70s to consistently low 70s and started placing well in tournaments. It played a huge role in helping me reach the Division I level. I truly would not be where I am without it.
All of the trainers at Dulak, but especially Matt, is so knowledgeable and their methods are very effective. We gained significant strength and swing speed, resulting in lower scores. Highly recommend, I give a 20 out of 10, and would rate 6 stars if it was an option!
Matt has been working with me for 2 months. His initial evaluation of me was thorough and detailed and I thought found the problems with my swing. After only 5 sessions and doing the prescribed home exercises 3 days a week, i have noticed improvement in swing coordination, balance, speed, and distance. I have a 12 handicap and noticed that my swing is more consistent since doing this program but still needs work!! I also feel well and have more energy in general.
