First, yes, expect around an hour wait beyond the appointment time, but I'm not knocking down stars because she's in high demand. I didn't know I needed a neurologist or what a neurologist does, but I first went in with a referral for carpal tunnel (she evaluated me and told me she doesn't think I have it, a year later we did the test and I didn't), but it turned out she can address headaches too (I had an MRA that she sent me to, which turned up an aneurysm, but fortunately, it wasn't bleeding at present, I had no idea but ... read more

Waited over an hour for first appointment . Sent me for an MRI. I called to discuss results- no one called me. Told to wait until my next appointment which was not for 7 weeks. At that next appointment PA brings me in 20 minutes late. Reads same diagnosis I already read. I asked when I'd see the Dr.-told they were not sure if the Dr. would be there in time. Dr. does finally show and suggested another test and PT. I asked why I could not have had the information 7 weeks earlier so I could have had the test done during that wi... read more

Horrible! Went for visit, diagnosed mom with Parkinson's, prescribed medicine. Went for follow up appt, dr dulai did not show up. Scheduled another appt a month later cause they said I couldn't get in. Just got a phone call they have to reschedule. I don't even know if this medicine is ok for my 85 yr old mother! Terrible

She is the doctor of my father who has Alzheimer's and unfortunately her and/or her office is beyond awful with returning phone calls. Imagine calling for 2 weeks, leaving 4 messages with her front-desk staff and countless other Voicemail messages to not get ONE call back. Further imagine someone who has Alzheimer's and due to delay in response actually injures himself or others due to not returning calls to understand long term care options and if he should be driving at this point.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dulai for about 10 years. You cannot find a more knowledgeable, caring and compassionate doctor. There maybe a wait to see her but she is worth the wait. Her office staff are always friendly and accommodating. I have recommended her office many times and always get good feedback.

I was referred to Dr. Dulai by a hand surgeon who wanted my wife and me tested for Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. While my wife tested positive, I did not. However, Dr. Dulai in a very thorough review of my health ordered an MRI of my cervical spine. On a return visit she explained the MRI to me in great detail and in language the lay person can readily understand. There is no question that there is a wait in her office; I bring a book. She is worth the wait.

The Doctor herself is a very nice and caring physician. I am giving her a poor rating because the wait in the waiting room, with an appointment is deplorable. She is habitually late. While I understand there are emergencies in the medical field, her office staff does not alert patients to these delays. A 2-3 hour wait is unacceptable. I will be looking for a new Neurologist.

I waited 2 hours to be seen. After I got in, She found out I was on an antidepressant and said to me word for word,"well I can tell nothing is wrong with you without even examining you. You need to see a psychiatrist to adjust your medications because you are depressed. If something was THAT wrong with you, you would know what it was already. Be thankful that you are healthy, other people have it worse than you who actually have real problems." I went to another neuro, i did have something wrong
