I recently attended a Mindfulness Workshop with Dr. Dukesz. I was completely blown away, by his Ability to take our Group into Meditation with ease. This was my first Experience with Guided Medication. He Certainly has a knack for Meditation Techniques, his voice and Demeanour are very Comforting. I found myself Trusting him and his Instruction, very quickly. Thank you Dr. Dukesz for your Guidance and Support. You Truly are One of a Kind. Highly Recommend.
