The owner was very rude to my daughter in law and her mother when they went to retrieve my son's belongings out of the car he wrecked while he is in the hospital. This man yelled at her and was very rude to her and her mother! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF THE OWNER!!!!! I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY AND THE OWNER DUKE TO THE BBB AND WRECKER COMMISSION!!!
