I would never recommend any one going to see him. He misdiagnosed me, and would not try to fix my problems with my prescription, I went to see twice to try and get my prescription fixed and he would not come out to talk to me and the technician told me to deal with my problem. so I ended up going to the eye and laser center in Lancaster and they fixed my problem best experience I have had. And I can see!!
Terrible customer service.
I totally love this place. They're all very welcoming and just feels like family and very comfortable. There's no other place I'd rather be than here to get my glasses and eye care. We even got to see Santa getting his glasses just right for the sleigh ride coming up.
My first visit was yesterday 10-5-2017. I really like the people there and Dr. Dukes was awesome! Ty all for making me feel welcome and comfortable! I highly recommend them!
