They throw away parts, to save time. And they didn't install my theft bar to save time, they take shortcuts and when you go in to complain they cut you off and change it up on you. Fuck this company spend 130 for a half ass install
**Update- they are going to refund the shop charge. :) Got a remote starter today and it's working great so far. However I was told it would be $279 and was charged $301. Person who checked me out explained it was a "shop charge." I'll call the manager tomorrow to see why that wasn't in the price when I dropped it off. I understand taxes not being quoted, though usually when I ask for an"out the door" price they are. I don't appreciate the cost not being what we agreed to. At least call me if it changes.
