My boyfriend had taken my car that we just bought to have them put in a remote starter put in it and when he picked it up the piece that covers the power locks was broke off and when he told them they said it wasn't them they were not going to do anything about it. We will never have Dukes do any work on our vehicles again! Not very happy with the Saginaw location!
I will never go back in there. I needed a box and was told $120. I go back in maybe a week or 2 later and I'm told $150. Since when would the price go up so much? I really don't understand. They need to start getting their prices straight.
Got my mom's Mother's Day gift here and my three year old accidentally left his iPad here. They were so amazing and helpful! I also had my windows tinted here about 4 years ago and they still look amazing!
went to the duke's in bay city and it was great i went in a hour before they closed and mike and shane took care of me ....
Terrible service! Was told my amp was blown so I bought a new one from them. Paid $38.50 for shop fees and tech fees on top of buying the new amp. Come to find out my amp is fine and when I was told to come back and see the manager. He pretty much tells me they're not going to do anything for me at this point. How about drive another 40 miles back again tomorrow and see if we can tell you the same shit again! I guess Redmonds will be getting my business from now on!
