Save yourself the headache and DO NOT GO HERE! I've been seeing doctors here since 2022, and customer service has worsened year after year. Staff has been nice, but the doctors have horrible follow up. They don't check messages in DukeMyChart in a timely manner, and some of them can't even be contracted through it, and there's no direct phone number to speak to them. I want to start by saying the staff here is amazing and very caring. The staff deserve 10 stars. Jennifer Howell is not a doctor who cares.
This was a very sad and disappointing appointment. Please, do not waste your time with Dr Jeniffer Howell. I am new to NC and waited 3 months for this appointment thinking that because Duke assigned it to me she will be a good choice. I have never in my life experienced such a dismissive doctor. My dear reviewers. I had an appt yesterday and it compelled me to write this review. I almost did not keep the appt based on the negative reviews posted but I needed to be diagnosed. From the minute I walked in the door, the staff was accommodating, though I was late. My issue to precedence over their late policy which is not a common occurrence since their policy is a strict one which I respect. I was seen immediately. I’m due with my second baby at this office and it’s been nothing but wonderful! I’m honestly shocked by the low reviews. I love all the physicians especially PA Hannah. Would reccomend to anyone! And they deliver at big Duke which is a non negotiable for me. Their NICU is canonical if your little one ever needs extra support
