Everyone was very friendly and kind. I didn't have to wait too long to get the care I needed!
Made an appointment before I arrived, wasn’t too busy when I arrived in later afternoon but very busy when I left, so highly recommend making an appointment on the way, if possible. The team was very helpful and attentive. Got take care of quickly!
This is the worst place to go. They don’t actually listen to your concerns. I’m experiencing severe fever, pain, and swelling, and all they did was tell me to take Tylenol—seriously? It feels like a complete waste of money. They clearly don’t care about their patients. I visited their clinic on May 20th.
I arrived at this urgent care at 08:11 and was shocked by how incredibly slow everything moved. They put you in a room with the door shut—probably so you can’t see how inefficiently they’re working. I waited over 2 hours to be seen, which is unacceptable for an urgent care. I’ve been to other urgent care centers before, and this experience was far from normal. The pace here is painfully slow, and it seems like patient care is not a priority. I won’t be coming back.
