Lack of cultural sensitivity. Don’t go here if you are a person of color you will receive racial biased medical care/ treatment.
I had a friend who got attacked by two dogs, bit on her hands, she came in to be treated, the staff, ever so unempathetically, told her she couldn't be at the counter bleeding. Didn't offer her first aid or anything to stop the bleeding, they dismissed her and told her there were paper towels in the bathroom... For a hospital brand who touts themselves as the very front line in medicine, this experience is antithetical.
Everyone was very friendly and kind. I didn't have to wait too long to get the care I needed!
Made an appointment before I arrived, wasn’t too busy when I arrived in later afternoon but very busy when I left, so highly recommend making an appointment on the way, if possible. The team was very helpful and attentive. Got take care of quickly!
