What a incredible experience. Every person I encountered went above and beyond in assisting me. The time the physician spent with me was far beyond my expectations. I had testing and later a blood draw just as the lab was closing. Everyone was very accomodating and I felt that I am finally getting solid answer to my questions. Peace of mind, no matter the news, knowing is everything. Thank you Duke!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Duke is leading the way in why so many have completely lost trust in the medical profession.
Waited in ER waiting room over 24 hours, some patients beside me had been in the ER for 2-3 days. Person beside me was having a stroke, a couple of others were having heart attack symptoms; no triage; completely packed, no walking room. Was assessed by 2 MDs before given pain meds and meds for nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Once I got a bed in the ER, I was yelled at for coming to the ER; seen the day before in a different ER for the same symptoms that were much worse.
