Switching pediatricians now! Have called for weeks now to schedule flu shots and was told by receptionists that the vaccines were not available yet, and to call back later. Did this three times. Took my daughter in last week due to body aches, headache, sore throat, flu like symptoms. When asked why haven't we received flu shot yet I told them what I had been told on the phone. my 83 year old mother was taken there she was neglected and they were very rude to her she was bed riden and had to have a bed pan{when she could get one}she wet the bed a aid named Regina came in a jumped all over her she had been waiting for someone to give her a bed pan for over 20 minutes..i will never use Lake Norman Regional again..beware of this place..my mom was on the second floor observation unit,,and was treated very badly..they are lucky I don't file a law suet against them...

Terrible experience. I never thought such an established practice would be as horrible at communicating. Several years ago I came to Duke orthopedics to get my wrist checked out. They didn't even do any tests and wrote it off as 'arthritis' (I was 16 at the time.....?). 6 years later when it was interfering with me practicing dentistry I decided to return to see if they could do anything for me. If your receive a bill from this hospital beware. Several times over the few years I have had to fight to have my wifes bill corrected. They bill your insurance and try to "balance due" bill you for the rest, regardless of where they are are an in network insurance provider or not. I have been sent to collections for money that I did not owe and had to threaten to sue to get it corrected. I am now in yet another "battle" to get a bill staightened out. Worst billing department I have ever dealt with, totally unresponsive.

Not good. – Pretty bad. My aunt was there for 2 weeks and none of her medication was administered properly.. There was one med that they failed to give her for her entire stay... If you have an emergency right outside the building, you may want to consider calling a TAXI and going to Presbyterian which is 11 miles away.

Horrible medical care,bad service and billing – STAR RATING 0. Don't take you child to the GROWING CHILD! I have NEVER experienced the worse pediatric care more than this one for my 2 children. When I go in for care for my son, the doctor never brings in his medical record in the room and I always have to explain his history each and ever time I go there. CBO/HMA is a JOKE!! – I always thought that LNRMC was a good quality place with a good reputation. I guess that was an assumption based on the area in general usually being more on the "upper end". Horrible Service, Lackluster Management and Inane Billing – DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! Notice ALL the 1 and 2 stars? Well deserved! You will get random bills from their inane billing department for months after you thought you paid or settled it!!!!
