Our daughter Olivia had her first appointment with ms. Merideth today and she was so kind and compassionate and helped us adapt to our daughters feeding therapy needs and we are able to continue to see merideth and for a while, thank you merideth! You are so very kind, we are excited to see Olivia’s progress thank you so very much
Didn't have to wait too long for my appointment, got my hearing test done and hearing aids fitted all in one visit, and they worked with my insurance to make my hearing aids as affordable as possible. Very friendly staff.
Audiology appointments are 2.5 months (Feb 2023) out but they won't tell you this until after the hearing test. Horrid deceptive practices. Speech pathology regularly loses preauthorizations and cannot offer a predictable therapy schedule. The Duke Clinic is one the worst designed buildings I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Forget about orienting in this space if you are any sort of neurodivergent.
I had a great experience with Samantha! She was amazing and very helpful! Jina was unprofessional and I didn’t like her demeanor. She was condescending and stated we needed to go over some “housekeeping rules” before we started because we got to the appointment right on time. I had to leave work early and was on a time crunch. If you can choose, I’d recommend steering clear of her if you can. I highly recommend Samantha but she’s booked up due to her amazing work. I really wish we could’ve continued therapy with her.
Jina is absolutely fantastic! We first brought our daughter to see Jina when she was almost 9 months old and was struggling with bottles and weight gain. We had seen several other providers (lactation, another speech therapist at a different location & Pediatric GI) with no help. Jina immediately helped us identify the issue and come up with a treatment plan. We were so relieved! Now our daughter is continuing speech therapy with Jina and has made tremendous progress!
