RecommendedThis hospital is wonderful!I was there yesterday for CT guided biopsy and had the best experience.The hospital was decorated so festive .It was cherry & every staff member I encountered was so kind & friendly.My nurse Leah was so cherry & caring & Dr Fish & his staff were wonderful.They were thorough , kind ,patient & willing to answer whatever questions I had.You are not a number at this hospital they truly care about you as a patient.We drove 3 1/2 hours for this biopsy and will do it again.Job well done Duke Regional!Than... read more
I had my baby here on 12/22/2020. Other than not being able to rest, my experience was pleasant from start to finish. Reagan, Penni, Marilyn, and Renee (I think that's her name in triage) were very attentive and helpful. Laura is an amazing lactation consultant. The food is kinda bad, but it's hospital food, so it's expected. Overall, I'd give my experience 5 stars ❤
I just had surgery here and I had a nurse who could care less that I was in pain. I asked for an ibuprofen and it took her an hour to get it to me. I told her I still hurt and she said “iI don’t know what you want me to do about it, you had surgery, it’s going to hurt.” She then went on to tell me that it was probably my anxiety and hormones.... for anyone reading this, anxiety and pain are two different things. I will never come to this hospital again.
I’m not usually a bad reviewer. I just had outpatient surgery at this facility and there is a nurse there name Jennifer Miller who was TERRIBLE to me. I was in so much pain, and I really wanted to limit opiates if I could...so I asked for an IBUPROFEN!!!!!! She said “the doctor didn’t order that I don’t know what you want me to do, you’re not going to walk out of here pain free” I started ugly crying feeling helpless because I had JUST gotten out of surgery and I needed support. Spent Sunday night to Thursday afternoon at this hospital. It was the most invasive surgery I’ve had yet but my doctors and nurses were all amazing. Simply wonderful. The round the clock care was stellar and all my nurses and nursing assistants went above and beyond. Special shout-out to - Tammie, Autumn, Kim, Swampna, Alli, Tiffany, Valeri, Lisa, and a few more I can’t remember cause I had a lot of awesome people. Also thank you to all the vascular residents and Dr. Dillavou’s Team.

worst care ever that I have received from a hospital that is supposed to care about patients... didn't get any treatment for the main reason I went in... had to argue with a Dr about right or left ( he didn't know the difference) was not given care for a procedure that was done for when I left.. got hung up on when I called back to get a nurse's name (she was the one that hung up on me) and she had the WORST bedside manners that I've ever seen. Your ED is horrible. You risk the chances of being exposed to Covid. I interacted with two front desk nurses that seem they could care less. I now understand why people would rather stay home and deal with medical issues rather then go to the hospital and be exposed to Covid.
Truly you know how to work in excellence. Duke Regional Hospital was very caring and I wanted to thank the staff at Duke Regional for the best care a girl could have. Thank you to my Doctors, Nurses, Assistants Nurses, OT and PT crew, Xray crew, Preoperative crew, check in, billing, transport, kitchen staff and cleaning staff. Truly grateful ❤
I've had nothing but the best care at duke. I was there last Monday for my gastric bypass and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else, dr. yoo and all the staff there are nothing short of amazing. ❤
