While I would give a 5 Star review if it's just about the actual psychiatrists working there, the fact that the actual office main phone line for said psychiatry building never lets me speak to a actual person whenever I call and gives me an machine that just repeats the same automated response which goes along the lines of 'go to your Duke MyChart account for your problems' when it can take up to at least Three business days for someone to respond on Duke MyChart, not to mention the fact that the whole point of having actua... read more
arm and leg trying to get my prescription - response times take forever
Had to wait a whole month for a 20 minute triage call after getting a referral from my primary care doctor (you can only schedule an appointment with referrals from doctors in the Duke system). Call was cancelled last minute with no warning and now I had to wait a whole another month for another call. And then I’ll probably have to wait a couple more months to be able to see an actual psychiatrist.
