Consistently ignored maintenance requests for MONTHS. Upon move in I didn’t have hot water for 10 days, and they lied about other amenities and refuse to fix them. Ridiculously unresponsive and irresponsible.
Still waiting on my deposit. Terrible customer service, no sense of security.
They always do a great job of answering my questions or concerns. My wife & I rented a property which has been managed by Duke Properties Management during the last 2 years. On the whole, we were glad of the experience. Their online portal is easy to use for paying rent and for maintenance requests.
