My PCP transferred to this location after Triangle Family Practice (where I have been going for 30 years) closed. I reached out to request a refill of a prescription that I have been on for over a year and that was originally prescribed by a specialist. I was told that my PCP is on an extended leave and the covering provider would not write the prescription unless I was seen. Horrible trying to communicate with doctor. Horrible!!!!
kiesha medical assistant or whoever it is will talk over you presuming you are wrong before even hearing you out.
I have been using them for about 2 years, since that time I have used 2 pcp. Now need a 3rd one due to high turnover. The care and communication has become inconsistent and getting refills for meds is difficult. With such a high turnover, you would think they would be more organized and equipped to deal with these hurdles. Clearly not.
