Well appointed. Friendly staff. Fast checkin
Great physicians but supporting staff has suffered dramatically recently. Years ago, I could be in and out in 30 mins with lab work completed and no pain. Today, I spent 3 hours for a morning appointment and left with a bruised arm and no blood work due to a missed vein and struck nerve. Needles are scary but even more so when the lab is understaffed and backed up rushing trying to see too many patients in one day. Always excellent and listen. Found a very obscure issue that was affected my mental and physical health with a Vitamin deficiency of all things. It was a crazy theory, but they ran the test, and low and behold, I am a lot better today. They listen. No Doctor can be perfect, but at least I feel heard, even though I have been wrong a few times. I am never going anywhere else. They have compassion for their patients and their situations and help redirect them to the appropriate resources. It's a pleasant approach.
