Always excellent and listen. Found a very obscure issue that was affected my mental and physical health with a Vitamin deficiency of all things. It was a crazy theory, but they ran the test, and low and behold, I am a lot better today. They listen. No Doctor can be perfect, but at least I feel heard, even though I have been wrong a few times. I am never going anywhere else. They have compassion for their patients and their situations and help redirect them to the appropriate resources. It's a pleasant approach.

The provider at this location billed my husband's annual physical incorrectly and we had to fight with Duke and our insurance. This has happened to me for my annual physical twice at this same location. Ladies and gentleman, your annual physical is fully covered under the Affordable Healthcare Act! Do not let them get more money out of you than you owe. Take advantage of your FREE annual visit, but do it somewhere else that doesn't bill incorrectly.
The best clinic start from reception staff to doctors especially dr Samantha and doctor Zack also Labs 🥼 staff. Thanks 🙏 to everyone.
