This clinic made my journey to look into PREP an absolute NIGHTMARE. I was referred to the clinic by my primary care doctor, who knew little about Prep. When I made my initial appointment, I was not told that the clinic is "hospital-based", which means that they bill a portion of the visits as a physician's visit and a portion as a hospital/facility charge (which my insurance and many other insurance companies do NOT cover).
