They clearly don’t care about their patients. We are existing patients who needed to follow up on a treatment plan. When we called to schedule an appointment, we were told that the doctor we had been seeing no longer works at the clinic — and instead of offering any continuity of care, we were told we’d have to start over as new patients and the next available appointment would be in 2026. Seriously?Absolutely unacceptable. This is not how a reputable clinic should treat patients, especially children. Very disappointed.
Dr Bellet and the staff at this office are absolutely fantastic. They go above and beyond for their patients and the staff are so kind.
TERRIBLE!!!! ABSOLUTELY NO STARS!!!!! You better hope you have time because it will take you a year and a half to get into this place. Then the staff does not advocate for the patient and could care less if they get your business or not because they still get their pay check. Duke is suppose to be one of the best but they should can not pick a staff when it comes to this office. TERRIBLE!!!!
Called to book an appointment for my daughter, She is would be a new patient. The receptionist tiffany asked asked for all the information out there, it was a 15 min process excluding the wait time only to tell me their next availability was NEXT YEAR in June! Please be mindful when wasting people’s time!
My young daughter has suffered from severe eczema since she was a baby. I am blown away by our Doctors professionalism and care. I get upset sometimes worring about her skin, but I always feel relieved when I visit the office. Our doctor always makes us feel at ease and her skin is getting so much better. Very happy here. In fact I drive over 2.5 hrs to come here .
