It's hard to compare medical clinics against another since I only have experience with Duke Orthopedics. I have had two procedures with Dr. Christopher Brown as surgeon and he is the best there is. The staff for Dr. Brown including Rebecca and Leigh are very skilled and provide excellent care. I have always had a timely response to messages and medication requests. What a horrific experience. I scheduled an appointment days prior to be seen for classic carpal tunnel symptoms. I received 3 phone calls back to back to back 2 hours before the appointment time, but was unable to take the call due to being in a meeting. No voicemail was left, so I assumed it was a spam call, as any legitimate healthcare facility would of course leave a message with a callback number if there was an issue, right? WRONG. I have nothing but good things to say about Duke Orthopedics of Raleigh. Dr. Christopher Brown is a wonderful surgeon, I got along so well with my back surgery. His assistants and the staff are all wonderful too. I won’t go anywhere else.
Idk if I'm the only one that can't find this place but Gps takes me to the hospital, the building numbers are all over the place and apparently the nice buildings are too expensive for them to afford any signs that say anything other than "Duke health" everywhere? Called to ask for directions, she said to the left of the hospital.. from which direction? Who knows. After my second time parking in the parking garage and walking around til I miss my appointment I'm done.
Great facility with awesome doctors and friendly medical staff members.😊
