The technician only job is to change oil well these racket scientists drain my transmission fluid instead and had me drive my car home with no fluid in the transmission causing major damage and when I complained about this to corporate office they refused to fix my vehicle I'm in the process of suing Duke of oil the worst place to get your oil change
If i could give this location a 1 star i would. the manager was rude. then they were out of the oil i wanted. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF OIL. chairs were messy.
