Yesterday one of the workers broke my door handle. Offered no compensation. They gave me the corporate number and big surprise no one is answering. Have left two voicemails now
Shady and dishonest, two separate locations have broken my oil pan due to over tightening with power tools . They refuse to accept responsibility or refund . Avoid at all cost. $1200 in total wasted due to their mistakes on simple oil changes and not even an apology or acknowledgement.
