I honestly hate to leave the review I'm about to leave, because I want to hoard Dr. Gray all to myself so she's always available when I need her... but it seems the secret is already out. I had to switch doctors due to insurance changes, and while I did love my old doctor, I wasn't a huge fan of the other practice staff. I have been fortunate to have really good GYN's in my life, so I'm pretty stoked that the streak remains unbroken. literally the worst experience. first: made the appt and asked how long it would it take, as I had to go directly to a class after. they said 30 mins. no problem. upon arriving, got back to the room, quickly, then proceeded to wait THIRTY minutes on the doctor, opened the door, told a nurse, i am in a hurry and need to leave as this time frame was longer than promised. finally got a doctor she took samples, quickly, i got out the door. wonderful! NEXT DAY: get a phone call from them saying the samples were put in expired bot... read more
