I am not one to post negative reviews especially about professional offices. But Patricia Nelson, their PA is very unprofessional and late for appointments, they do not follow up with outstanding health issues after surgery and do not care about Patient care at all. I have now dropped the practice and went with Raleigh Neurosurgical Clinic. Much better clinic ! Please do yourself a favor and maybe a misdiagnoses from Duke by doing so!
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I scheduled my appointment with this facility for Aug 26th. I get a call the day before to reschedule because the PA (edited because Joshua Smith is not a Doctor. He's a physician's assistant) I was supposed to see got Covid. They would not pass me off to another doctor and they wouldn't give me to someone else for the following week.
